Refund Policy

14-day refund

If Protolith Studio is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a purchase made on this website. No reason is needed.

How to ask

Write to info@protolithstudio.com from the e-mail address used for the purchase, or include it in your message, together with the order number from your receipt. We answer within two business days.

What happens next

• The refund is paid to the original payment method by our reseller (merchant of record), who processed the purchase.
• The license returns to the Free plan. Your projects and files are not deleted.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page. It then stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed.

Enterprise

Enterprise licenses bought against a quote or purchase order follow the terms of that quote.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you.
