The same notice is shown by the installer.

Protolith Studio Beta uses a license server located in Finland. In order to create your account, activate, verify, and maintain your license, and (unless you turn it off) to receive anonymous usage statistics and crash reports, certain data may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside your jurisdiction.
This notice is separate from the End User License Agreement and the Privacy Notice.

The data is transferred to and processed on servers located in Finland (Hetzner Online GmbH).
Server Location: Finland
The connection to the server passes through Cloudflare, Inc. (network protection and content delivery), and purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy (payment provider and reseller). These providers may process connection or purchase data in the United States and other countries under their own safeguards.
5. POSSIBLE RECIPIENTS
The transferred data may be accessed or processed, only to the extent necessary, by:
- The license server and its backend systems
- The hosting (Hetzner), network (Cloudflare), payment (Lemon Squeezy), and email delivery service providers
- Authorized technical support and software development personnel
- Legally authorized public authorities, courts, or regulatory bodies, where required by law
The transferred data is not sold to third parties.
6. LEGAL BASIS AND EXPLICIT CONSENT
Depending on the user’s applicable data protection law, the transfer of the data described in this notice may require a valid international data transfer mechanism.
Where explicit consent is used as the transfer mechanism, the User is asked to provide explicit consent for the transfer described in this notice.
7. CONSEQUENCES OF NOT PROVIDING CONSENT
If you do not consent to the transfer of your data described in this notice, Protolith Studio Beta may not be able to create your account, activate, verify, or maintain your license.
Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports are not required for the license: you can turn them off on the License page of the application at any time, and the application keeps working.
As a result, the Software may not function, may operate with limited functionality, or may not be available for use.
8. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
Where processing or transfer is based on explicit consent, you may withdraw your consent by contacting:
Contact Email: info@protolithstudio.com
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing or transfers carried out before the withdrawal.
If consent is withdrawn, Protolith Studio Beta may no longer be able to verify or maintain the license, and the Software may stop functioning or operate with limited functionality.
9. CONSENT STATEMENT

I explicitly consent to the transfer of my data for account management, license activation, license verification, device binding, offline license files, purchases, security, abuse prevention, update eligibility, technical support, and, unless I turn them off, anonymous usage statistics and crash reports.
